That Wheeljack mold is rife with redeco opportunities... and this is what they come up with?

No Tracks? No Blurr? No Sideswipe? No G1 Dead End deco? No Wildrider?

Well...Here it is what it would look like if shot by a functioning potato.



But that's all I can pull from that. Somebody will have to photograph it with a stinky sock or a walrus butt if we want it to look any better.

Have to agree, that mold would have killed in red or black.

 

I dunno, I kinda dig Deadend. Then again, I like tacky colours. I really want Generations Junkheap because of that.

 

Am I the only one that HATES Airachnid in that pic?

 

The angle is HORRIBLE, as is the picture quality. But good for you.

 

I hope the pic doesn't do her justice. I hoped this for Knockout when we first got his pic. Now, it seems like that pic was better than the final.

 

I think Airachnid is a little mistransformed. As some other people pointed out it looks like the third legs can be folded down as well as the front of the alt mode.


I'm liking what I've seen of her. I would've dug a spider walking mode since that's her main mode of transport but I can easily live without it. But it would be cool if the weapon theories were right.

i would like to think she's mistransformed, but if you look at the legs, they each have a tiny spike on them, and one of them is in a different direction than the other two

I didn't notice that. It looks like there's a hinge in alt mode in between the rotors. I don't see a use for it now though. I think that's why the one foot is facing a different way.

There also looks to be hinges that allow you to fold the 'legs' in half.

Man we need some more pictures of this figure.

 

i hear ya, my opinion has gone back and forth so many times over the past three days.

well we had already seen that mold and i got the impression that it was generally well-received. Knockout, however, is a new mold and im not sure if we've ever seen him transformed the same way twice. obviously i'm exaggerating that but even comparing preliminary pics i think people generally liked deluxe starscream better. im optimistic about knockout, i wanna give him a chance, but come on, you have to admit at least some of the pics we've gotten make him seem a little squirrelly

 

I think what he meant was there's a pic in that gallery of the group of 'cons where Knockout looks to be correctly tf'd.

A few posts above that is a look at Knockout from the side but that's before the guy got him properly transformed.


Before that was figured out Knockout look pretty bad in my opinion.

 

wow you're right, that's actually not too shabby......might reconsider him. my lil brother also said he might want him, so i might buy it for him and just fiddle with it sometimes

 

After glancing over that pic... I REALLY can't wait for Knockout.
Is his wave supposed to be out this month? Or does anyone know?
