Cyberverse Legion Soundwave Pics

Soundwaves face looks like how a Bat would look, if a bat got punched-in the face... XD This is a POINTLESS mold for such an iconic character. why not have stuck with the "drone" alt mode? Or for that matter, a ship, like the cybertronian version woulda looked cool too, but more TFP-ish.

How? I mean I guess its an opinion, but this has been done in the DOTM line. *shrugs* Maybe I'm outta line when I say that ppl agree that this mold for such a kick arse Transformer shoulda STAYED the prime version but smaller? OR something else? Heck I wouldve liked a stealth bomber for Soundwaves alt mode. Just not this..car... ^.^;;

I hope they eventually DO make a Prime Soundwave in this scale, but this version is not meant to replace him or be him. It is meant to be the movie version. No harm no fowl, it's just a strange little repaint of the mold they already had, that's all. I think it looks cool. However, the execution could have been better. The paint looks a little gunky on him.

I think its more like: Its cause Hasbro is kicking themselvs for NOT bring out the HA soundwave and the Dlx one as well to the USA and other places. they coulda and woulda made a killing bring him out other places other then Japan and China. but did they? nope! XD I'm not really into Cyberverse, but after seeing dreadwing in the otherpost and of course arcee, which I will pick up along with the vehicon, i think it kinda will be worth it of certain ones. One thing I forgot is that not all "cyberverse" will have the "PRIME" logo under the "Transformers" logo, separating the two apart, which, would make more sense to me if this soundwave didn't have the PRIME on the box, then id be cool with it lol ^.^

Fits in as either a nice Soundblaster or a commander of the Vehicon troops. But I'm hoping this isn't an excuse from Hasbro to be lazy and not give Soundwave a proper and unique TF Prime Cyberverse mold. Placeholder, not a replacement, is my hope.

O___o That's not Prime Soundwave. D: I'll wait til something that actually looks like Prime Soundwave is released before I decide if I want it or not. But I'll definitely be passing on this one.

Definitely getting this, the UK never got any of the last DOTM cyberverse figures (such as this guy) so its a good opportunity to pick him up. And I'm sure they'll release a Prime Soundwave figure somewhere down the pipeline.

Good to see Soundwave with some actual color. Might pick him up if that deluxe recolor never comes out in the US (and last I checked, it won't).

This Soundwave isn't a Prime figure. His packaging shown here doesn't say Transformers Prime, just Transformers.
