Since last weekend's Transformers Prime episode was all about Bumblebee and a Starscream / MECH alliance, it seemed only right to share this new gallery of the new two pack which assembles just that - a Starscream, MECH and Bumblebee entertainment pack.

Screamer and Bumblebee are redecos of their First Edition toys, though they are nifty redecos. Bumblebee has a yellowy orange tint rather than the paler yellow of the original, and features some baby blue stripes instead of the black - they fade from blue to black along the bodywork, in a pretty cool way. Starscream meanwhile features lots of purple on his deco - a possible "Dark Energon" infused Starscream, perhaps?

The set also includes PVC figures of Silas and a MECH Trooper - which are non-poseable but kind of cool - plus a DVD with three episodes of Transformers Prime - Convoy, Sick Mind and Out of his Head, pleasingly all directly relevant to the characters in the set.

Overall it is a decent little set, great if you missed the initial release of the First Edition toys. It's been said this is an Asia and Canada exclusive, so don't pass up on it if you want it and the price is right!

After much resistance, I caved and bought this set - it was supposed to have been delivered today, but since groceries are kind of a priority, I missed the mailman.

Pictures look great though, I'm liking the set the more I see pictures of it. Can't wait till tomorrow to get it in my hands.

These are coming to the states right? Will go great with OP and Megatron box set.

Bee looks pretty good, poor Screamer's legs look like he's been leaking massive quantities of Energon.

If they were here, I'd still pick them up!

I don't get it. It's like Hasbro WANTS us to pay 30+ bucks for FE figures.

 

TF Source has them - where I ordered mine from, anyway. Pricey ($60)....but, I have a plastic crack addiction   Especially when that plastic crack is labeled Starscream!

The co-sell on the bottom says Powerizers. Yet they're not called that on the actual packaging. Perhaps they ditched the name?

 

Asia and Canada only from what I understand. The US isn't getting any of the cool two-packs.

Write to Hasbro and ask. I paid more for the first Entertainment Pack coming from Canada, but I have to say it was worth it - that deluxe Megatron is just wonderful. I like the voyager PRiD Megatron, but the deluxe FE beats it every time.

 

I'm glad I got these 2 and Arcee when I had the chance. Picking them up at the store is much more fun than paying twice as much and waiting and waiting and... well, you know.
These repaints aren't too bad at all, and Silas and the MECH soldier are cool.

I want it. I think it looks cool, but pretty much everything Starscream-related does to me.
