As for the Japanese version, it aired after Animated on Saturday mornings, so I checked it out for a lark as I got a kick out of the dub helmed by Kevin Rubio, and it turns out they switched to cel-shaded CGI back in 2007, which does a pretty good job of imitating tradition anime, as long as the characters don't move too much, heh. | |

That should mean that they'll be able to finish the three-season story they've had planned. If after that they decide to move on to something else, I won't be bothered. If anything it might give me the chance to build my RID collection some more, and maybe even start up an OS Thundercats collection (I could use a bit of a break from Transformers, tbh).As for Rescue Bots, good for those that follow that show, but honestly, I couldn't care less. Care Bears making a return is interesting. I might actually check-out an episode or two of it, but it's definitely not something I'll be following. For a time my sisters were into them, so a little of that rubbed off on me (it was actually one of the few girly things they were into, lol). |
