    When they twitter-teased who might cameo I guessed "Any original regular Pretender except Landmine, Cloudburst, and Skullgrin."

    So of course it's one of those three and a bunch of later Pretenders.

    Also wanted to say I love what they did with Ironworks. Reimagining the dinky Micromaster station Metroplex style is just awesome.


    -ZacWilliam, I'd love to see this "enbigening" done with some of the other small bases too.

    SG Swindle and i think there's still one left that no one has even had speculation on... because with Swindle we've got enough for two 2 packs, and one 3 pack, but we're missing a free figure still...

    I find it interesting that Metalhawk calls Gigatron "Gigatron" but the Transtech guys call him "Overlord."

    Unfortunately (for me), they used Carnivac and Thrust, rather than Snarler and Dirge. :(  Oh well, at least TransTech Rhinox and Skullgrin are in it.

    EDIT: Wait, disregard that. Is this Snarler next to Carnivac? The yellow (rather than being brown) threw me off.

    Last weeks first two pages got my attention mostly due to that nice shot of Overlord, these two lost it. I admits its too early to judge the complete story but my complaint from 2007 remains, the story doesn't feel like the marvel comic. 2007 didn't have the right tone and this doesnt either so far.

    Pete: Will this will be included in the Diamond edition of this years Botcon comic?
    It sure would be sweet to have this little prequel in a physical copy included with the rest of the story :)

    Y'know, it just occurred to me... we're still in the dark as to one of the exclusives... And since they're already using RTS Prime as SG Ultra Magnus... could we be getting him as IRONWORKS too?! :drool:

    What do you feel is missing?

    It is always hard to capture someone ELSE'S tone. And we saw the tone change dramatically from Issue 1 through 80 (in some parts more than others)

    But feel free to let me know :)

    Though whats up the the autobot's defenses? They just got overran by like what six cons?
