    I know, it's a stupid law that would never be followed by the law breakers it's meant to somehow protect (seriously, the only reason for this law is so the criminal doesn't get shot for holding a toy gun :banghead: ), causing problems for law abiding citizens... The other thing the law might do if the criminal does pay attention to it would be to encourage the criminal to use a real gun, making the crime worse & endangering the public. :banghead: 

    & a scenario if the law is written so that merely the toy gun mods are illegal (which is what I took away from what I read/ heard), not just using them in a crime, would be if you moved & took Megs w/ you & stupidly get stopped by the cops, espeically if they have cause to search your stuff.

    what should happen is that all cops should be forced to wear cameras at all times. Then have rules off of that.

    So for instance, in the hand book, it can say, you point a gun at a cop, the cop should shoot you on site. So all you then need to do, is just play the tape back from the cops camera. Protects the cop that way. And then no dumb lawsuits can be filed.

    The 1st amendment is to protect unpopular speech, popular speech needs no protection...
