Of course it was an error and not standard.

The problem is that this information was stored in the first place. There was no reason for it to be. If it were on an internal system only accessible within FunPub's office, it would be bad enough. But this came from Master Collector ONLINE.

The fact that some of you are willing to take anyone representing FunPub at their word on ANYTHING at this point is just staggering.

Wow... I take half the day to rearrange my TF's in an attempt to make more room for new ones coming and I come back to this...

Wow... I'm not very surprised. When one things goes wrong stuff snowballs. On one hand I see hoe mistakes are being made. They're gearing up for the con, trying to get Over-run and Drifts shipped out, dealing with the investigation and then all the e-mails and QC issues with the exclusives... mistakes are bound to be made. I understand that.

But there are some mistakes that should just not happen. Anything with credit info should never be printed or mailed. Ever.

Can I have a real fan club, please?

And another one to the list. Thanks Funpub I look forward to dealing with getting $450 worth of charges reversed. IF I ever buy anything from you again it will be with a prepaid card.

Wow, this is freaking amazing. What kind of crap was FP running? That piece of paper should never even exist. My card finally got hit over the weekend. It was a card that I don't use often and didn't even remember that it was used for the over-run purchase. This is crap. Charges made for charity, red box and then boom. 1100 on jet blue. what a pile....

I thought about joining this but will you ever get another chance to buy Over-Run? Can you use paypal to join?

Over-run is sold out but anyone who signs up the the 21st will get Runamuck and will be able to order the next batch of club exclusives.

The temporary store can be accessed at The Official Transformers Collectors' Club

From FP direct? No, the purchasing period from Over-Run has come and gone. You'll need to resort to the secondary market now.

Sadly, FP doesn't accept paypal for any of their transactions.

Pete, putting that page in instead of the correct page is not the issue you should be addressing. It's the fact that page has his full credit card information on it when you have repeatedly told us that you don't keep credit card information on file. It would have to be on file in order to be printed out.

I do not believe I have addressed anything relating to our CC procedures. And I certainly did not comment on the subject repeatedly...

The thread is too long to dig back through, but I seem to recall reading that earlier on. When the blame was being thrown at the cc processing company. It was said ( I'm paraphrasing ) that it had to be them because FunPub doesn't keep the card info on file.

Unless I'm mis-remembering all the members complaining about the fact you had been keeping them.

I'd have to the post cause I honestly don't remember. However, I also only believe I have said that those who handled the processing assured us we were secure. I have never pointed the finger at anyone, especially not early on because we were still trying to find out (and have others also look in to) what happened...

LOL... the search feature on this site is going to get overloaded with people combing through your old posts to prove you wrong. I appreciate the fact that you are trying to do some PR. But you do yourself and Funpub more harm than good.

How do you change your password once logged in?

When you click the 'Edit Profile' tab it takes you to the white background info screen but changing your password isn't one of the options from there.

    Any help appreciated.

This was discussed a little while back. Apparently the comment about not keeping numbers was posted on their facebook and since deleted.
