| Constructicon Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 762 Collection Count: 700 | Just cancelled my credit card. There was a suspicious charge on my account but it didn't seem to match the same MO as the problems others were having; it was a single $20 charge that I didn't remember making, and when I googled the name of the company the money was sent to, it was connected to stolen credit card numbers. I bought my Overrun after the meltdown - but I did start my membership in December so the number could have been comprimised then.
Feedback: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/junkio...0-deadboy.htmlAnd don't feel too safe with Paypal - Just yesterday someone somehow got into my account and kept sending himself $20 payments until Paypal's automated security stopped him. Bastard got $180, but fortunately the Paypal rep said the funds are held and will not be deposited to his account. When I talked to my bank representative, she said that a lot of Paypal accounts have been hit recently. Yeah, I'm having NO luck at all with finances the last few days.
