Huh. Onslaught looks a bit crap, and I am worried about his shoulders not having any articulation. So far Swindle looks the best in bot mode, but I do like Brawl's alt mode. I am a little leery or how much articulation Bruticus is going to have as well.

Really liking the head sculpt on all the bots and especially Bruticus though, which is how I will display him when not screwing around with him.

I do not beleive this will replace my FP Bruticus, but this is a will buy because I am a combiner whore.

Since the Prime line isn't really impressing me much, its nice to know that there's something going on with Transformers toys that I like.

yes...but you could GIVE him a link to the GI website to see it, I have a GI subscription and I have no idea where the heck your seeing this.

 

Unfortunately, my friend can't seem to get in.   It appears that his physical magazine subscription either isn't included or is incompatable w/ the digital subscription.   Sorry. I tried. & I wanted that News Credit. ~_~'

He says he's E-mailing to ask about it, but probably won't know until tomorrow. If he ever gets in, & sends me the screen capture, I'll post it... Assuming noone else beats me to it.

funny thing if you look at the bruticus pic its the full combiner just zoomed into the torso

 

worried about the sturdiness of the combiner joints, but still so into this.

 

This is not better than FP Bruticus, although it is better than Energon Bruticus Maximus.

how can you tell? the purple thing on the far left where the arm should be looks like one of the combiner points with nothing on it.

 

Actually, the shoulder joint looks like a differnet color & larger than the uncovered one in Onslaught's vehicle mode pic, so I think it is a zoomed in shot. The first pic of the torso was even more zoomed in.

 

Cannot wait for this.

Seriously some of you out there have a digital subscription to this mag, go to the Transformers section of the table of contents and there should be 3 icons to the upper right of page.

The top one looks like a tv, the middle one looks like a roll of film and the bottom icon looks like a shopping cart. Hit the top one that looks like a TV and you can see the combined mode of the Bruticus figure.

This is NOT hard for those of you who claim to have a digital subscription.

 

Say what you will, but I like the vehicle mode of the toy better than the version in the game artwork. Seems mistransformed though...

 

Really looks like Onslaught is mistransformed in vehicle mode.
