Save gas and search your area before running all over the world. Most of the Prime figures are in the back room not on the floor. Happy Hunting!!!

Not sure. At least you have a referrence to go back in a day or so and check your area again.

 

Darn it! Not in my local stores yet!  I hope I have better luck with my local Walmarts!

 

I did this with mine this morning, there is no street date so ask and be persistent! But make sure you have the actual DCPI numbers, just asking for the new TFs won't cut it.

Actually, yes. Sometimes for large resets everything is stuck on a pallet and stored unlocated. If that happens in this case, you're pretty much out of luck until the aisle gets set. Even if you manage to find an employee who knows for a fact the figures are back there, nobody is going to want to take a pallet down and go through all the boxes on it. Actually they wouldn't even be allowed to.

 

Er, no. Unlocated merchandise will still show up as being in-stock. The bolded part is true, but doesn't effect the stores product count. In that situation it would be in stock.

That's more of a "your mileage may vary" situation.

 

Idk... I checked both of the Targets in my area that claimed that they have them and they don't.. maybe it's just showing for their next truck's manifest... Which if so, voyager OP & Megs here I come!

True, an "item search" done through the handheld gun will always show if something is in stock, regardless of whether or not it's been scanned into a location. And I don't know what kind of information a customer can get from the price scanners in the aisles.

Still, I don't know of any employee who could find unlocated, palletized merchandise without going back to the stockroom and looking around, and most times these types of pallets are not on ground level. At my store we stick them up on the high shelves with the forklift, and sometimes we even wrap them up. At that point they're essentially unpurchaseable.

 

That all sounds...very complicated. I'm guessing my best bet would probably be to wait a while before trying again, considering what you guys have said about the storeroom stuff and store policy and all that...

 

It shows as every target around me as in stock, but i'm sure it's another chance to talk to the friendly employees to get me a figure.

 

Funny. Apparently all the Targets within 100 miles are 'out of stock'... which doesn't make a whole lotta sense considering they were never 'in stock' to begin with. I think I'll take my chances going there myself.

 

All it means is that they have them in the computers, but do not have any in stock. It doesn't have to mean they had them and then sold them.

 

How does one use that locator to put in a different DCPI? I want to check for Cyberverse toys too.
