Who knows how Hasbro thinks? XD And yeah, I'd love a newer, smaller mold of Arcee. As cool as FE Arcee is, she's too big compared with the Bots and both modes could be improved upon. That said, I think a Legion-class Arcee would be too small to work with the rest of the line since she'd only go up to Prime's knee at most (unless she pulls a Lockdown/Crowbar and unfolds into a tall, lanky bot for her size class).

 

Yeah but if the RID deluxes are indeed small as Deluxes from what we saw in the RID Cliffjumper review there/s a good chance that Arcee will be more in scale for deluxe.

 

I am 99% certain those are promotional renders of the characters and not pictures of the actual toys.

 

I think the actual toys that most of us are looking at and trying to decipher is the tiny blurry box in the lower left hand corner, with 3, 4, 5, 6 numbers (probably meant to be months out of the 2012 year for when the figures get released).

 

We can hope they'll eventually do a commander

 

AW YEA! AIRACHNID! i hope shes a voyager! a deluxe would be cool but a voyager would give them more room to work with. unless being a voyager means working in that stupid light up with mechtech like weapons that do not lock in gimmick. then maybe a deluxe is the way to go. :I

 

Something tells me this one will be a Deluxe of Airachnid to go with Arcee and Soundwave and the rest of the RiD Deluxes. Just call it a hunch, seeing how Hasbro seems to have this thing against female Transformers characters. Voyagers are bigger and cost more to R&D and produce while Deluxe is cheaper to make.

Arcee MUST be a new figure. The FE figures are all distinct from the RID line. In general, RID figures are smaller than the FE figures, and have different gimmicks. It appears as many of the RID deluxes have small forms of automorph involved. So far every single RID figure has been a new mold, despite having a mold already created for that character, and Arcee will be no different.

 

I get more of atargetmaster feel from those minicons than an actual minicon feel. Wonder if that's something that will be brought back in the show.
