This sucks, with FunPub selling their 2 exclusives early next year and now this, I probably wont be able to afford a non attendee set before they sell out.

Good to hear so many people are able to go. Me, I was considering Botcon, and might have done Texas, except I have a different con I'm going to that weekend in town. Really, though, scheduling a con in late April is something I don't like all the same, from the POV of when I was still in university. That weekend can be volatile due to being right around exams.

LOL - I just joined the club on Friday to make sure I got Runamuck/Runabout - and then they announce Botcon in my backyard. I thought Scourge would be nice to have but coulda lived without it, but not any more......

Woo hoo I live in Dallas, good news for everyone that April is the best time to come to Dallas the best weather, 80's during the day and 60 at night.
........... And now they're sold out of the 29th. This is.... really annoying, to understate matters. I was hesitant to reserve initially as it'd likely be only me there and now I'd have to leave the 28th ... Smelt it. Time to check hotels near-by or to see if I can share a room with someone else.
*bleep* Texas was the only place I could realistically make it to and they go and have it in April. May or June..even July and I'd have been golden. At least I have family there that could maybe pick up some sets for me.
Booking our hotel now. Its a La Quinta about 7 mi from downtown. Think it was around 75 a night, for one king bed, and five nights. We're going to rent a car here in KC and drive down, its about 8 hours. Gonna be awesome!
