Thanks to Allspark member RCX it looks like the third season (well at least Five Faces of Darkness Part 1) is coming to the Hub! While looking through his DVR, RCX found future listings of the Five Faces of Darkness Part 1 which will air December 10th, 2011 and again on the 15th.
It'll be very good if they finally air the third season.

Seriously.
Why have they never aired Season 3?

The guys in charge probably agree with me; when we were kids, we felt like Tansformers the movie and Season 3 of the cartoon RUINED Transformers for us. Now that I'm older, I understand that is was good for Transformers in the long run, but I still like to believe that only season 1 and 2 existed.

It will be a nice change to see season 3 but will the Hub discontinue season 1 & 2?

This reminds me of The Jetsons on Boomerang. They go through the original season, then ignore the '80s series and start from the beginning again. Well, they DO show the Christmas episode from the '80s series...

Somebody at The Hub believes the Rodimus Prime era is a Dork Age and best left in the past?

I NEVER felt that. I didn't feel that until Headmasters aired. I loved that season 3 took us to space and allowed us to explore what Transformers do outside of earth.

Same here, I felt the stories where much more deeper and darker in s3. As an adult, I appreciate those episodes much more than I did as a kid.

I agree with these cats. I loved Season 3, warts and all. Loved it in 87, love it today.

But I don't get The Hub :\
Let's make lists of things we plan to buy and stand next to each other!
