Your not an adult? you dont have to be an adult to buy 3rd party items. You just need to be mature enough not to stab yourself with them

Thanks. I'd like Classics Devastator, Prime/FOC Bruticus and heck, maybe even a REAL ROTF Devastator! Get on it Hasbro!

Sony ran into a similar problem back in the mid-90's regarding Discmans being produced under different brand names, but being built by Sony's specs. Those laws have since changed, and I'm sure Hasbro never thought twice about it back in the day.

Justitoys is safe simply because of the size difference. As long as a product is 51% different, it's safe. Think of it this way: if an official toy has exactly 100 pieces, and iGear/Justityos remolds/alters 51 of those pieces IN ANY WAY, they are well within their bounds to produce that product. So Justitoys is safe because they have literally altered every piece of the figure to make it mini-sized.

Other stuff like Impossible Toys' Quints & TF:A mini-figs are probably safe simply because Hasbro has absolutely NO plans to produce them themselves, so they just don't care, but I guess they could easily go after those companies because they ARE infringing on Hasbro's IP.
Even if you forget about the size, JIT is still using the likeness of Hasbro characters. That makes their products illegal.
For sale/trade: Transformers, Roadbots, Super Sentai, Marvel Shape Shifters, etc. here.

MakeToys, I'm not sure about. They seem to skirt the line a bit more than FansProject does.

And in HeadRobots' case, aren't some of their planned designs sorta KOs, given they're making unproduced Hasbro/Takara Headmaster animals?

Just playing devil's advocate.

Don't wanna buy 'em though. I'm strictly Hasbro, though I was tempted to make DOTM Skywarp my first Takara figure until I heard about a US release from Shadow

Although, when it comes to the law, wouldn't the fact Hasbro has done nothing be a strike against them in court?

If memory serves, JustItToys is one of the older third party groups.

Eh. They're the same mold with new wings/head/guns. Probably 80-85% identical.

Indeed, plus the Seekers while using (possibly) stolen molds, have quite a few differences than the official product.
My feedback
