Odd, since they didn't do Thunderwing or Skullgrin to my knowledge, did they? You'd think that they'd do them, as well as Warpath, Sunstorm and the as yet unseen Reflector, and other retools.
I hate the fact that the Classics/Generations line gets put on hold for the movie...that drives me nuts!
Arent takara less inclined to do multiple simultaneous lines? It will be back. Perhaps sooner than gemerations. Takara dont seem as hell Bent on running movie lines into the ground.
Yeah Transformers dont seem to be able to mantain 2 lines in Japan, but I forse Dark of the moon lasting awhile in japan. Revenge went on forever over there! If Hasbro is serious about continuing Generation s through the movie than id bet that the next "United" line will run as we are getting prime toys and will be playing catch up.

[Citation needed] Because I am PRETTY SURE their movie lines went on just as long as Hasbro's, with their own retailer-exclusive redecos and offbeat Movie-based merchandising. Hell, TakTom have even dedicated a subset of Movie "Masterpiece" redecos of leader class figures.
Too soon, too soon. They should at least put out Warpath and Reflector before moving on. I also hope this doesn't mean that United prices will skyrocket the same way the Henkei ones did.
The Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy has two very important words to say on the subject: don't panic. Just a hunch, but I'm pretty sure that Henkei/United/whatever the hell they call it next will be back once all of this movie malarkey is out of the way.
I just hope that Hasbro does continue to run the series at full strength during the movie, there are still a lot of great re-tools coming up, and hopefully they will roll the Prime stuff (though I am not planning on getting it) into the line. A break will actually be nice since I cannot afford all of the United figs I want right now, and it will give me a chance to catch up a little before the next round hits. I am still playing a little catchup with Henkei which is hurting a bit.
I won't really be all that sad to see the end of their half finished shiny paint jobs. Bring back the line when they figure out how to make a toy look complete.
