Starscream looks a lot better in those. I was gonna buy him anyway but this just solidified the purchase for me.

Crankcase/The Dread looks straight gangsta. Good to see his claws do fold away.

Great find, looks like we now know the pincers fold back. I hate the deluxe starscream but love his mechtech (I am probably the only person hear who actually likes mechtech).

Finally, a pic of Starscream that isn't horribly mistransformed! And I had no idea his Mechtech stuff could become something that awesome! Definitely bought.

Definitely new. It's really nice to see what appears to be a mostly-correct transformation for Starscream. I will definitely be getting him. Both his alt-mode and bot-mode are quite nice. The Mechtech weapons remind me of Energon Starscream's weapons, so there's another plus. Not a huge fan of the brown plastic, but I'll be repainting this guy as Skywarp anyways, so it's not an issue.

As for the Dread, still not doing it for me. Definite pass. Not that it's a bad looking toy, just that it's not interesting enough for me to want, and the space on my movie con shelf would be better suited for someone else.

That logo/gray bar they slapped on all the pics is very annoying.

Dread pinchers fold away in alt-mode. Yay!

Screamer actually kinda looks a little cooler in that pic...Even his Mechtech weapon seems cool.

Admittedly, Starscream looks pretty good in these shots. I retract my earlier statement about him being on the same level as an FAB; Deluxe Starscream from DotM looks better than 2007 Voyager Starscream and probably even RotF Voyager Starscream. However, Leader Starscream/Masterpiece Movie Starscream still trumps every other version, and as such I probably will not buy this.

The Dread looks cool as ever, and even more so now that we have visual confirmation of the pincers being able to be "hidden" in vehicle mode. This toy remains on the top of my favorites list for DotM stuff we've seen so far.

God, that watermark is annoying. It completely hides Starscream's bot mode. Starscream looks better with the mechtech weapon of doom, and his arms look long and thin, movie one style. Nice!

The Dread looks better and better, but I'd still want good pics of his robot mode before jumping the gun.

yuck... starscream looks like a robot chicken to me... beaky face, scrawny legs, small flappety wings. i'd only buy it if it came with that big scalpel. good accessory for a gestalt custom.

and for all the other stuff we've seen... dreads, clay-wearing megatron, and rub-one-out optimus, i've pretty much lost faith in this line of toys.

more for the rest of ya'll :)

The Dread looks AMAZING! The HA Buggy doesn't look half bad, but Starscream looks plain goofy, but his weapon is pretty cool looking...

That's one bad@$$ weapon Starscream's carrying. If that's in the movie... it's enough for me to call it the movie of the century. :)

Somehow, I now like these DOTM figures!! More properly transformed than before, the Dread, Buggy and even Starscream look awesome!! I will pass on the Buggy cuz he's too expensive for me.

But Starscream looks damn awesome with that huge blade! :thumb  :thumb  As for the Dread, now with more close up pics, he looks not bad, and I digg the demonic head sculpt and sharp fingers :D

So looking forward to reviews on these figures! :D

Well the Starscream, now properly transformed, looks great. Leader is still the best though.

I don't understand how some of you are calling Starscream's mold shit. It looks like a miniature version of the Leader Class! Even the F-22 mode has the leg kibble undercarriage. The headsculpt, slimness and detail of the robot mode are beautiful, albeit having a slightly disappointing paint job.

IMO, DOTM Deluxe Starscream is the best it's class has to offer.

The vast watermark dead-centre doesn't really help, but still - better photos & transformations for sure. The Dread and the jeep robot look like they'll have great film designs, at least.

Deluxe Starscream looks very good for the size class, tho the massive crazy mechtech monstrosity sort of obscures things. Wish that production money had gone into balljointed ankles, tho..

I'm really starting to look forward to the movie toys coming out now. It looks like Hasbro have really step up their game with these deluxe's. Can't wait to see what the leader scale fig's look like.

All three look 100 times better transformed properly and posed appropriately. So glad I waited to make a decision before I shouted from the mountain tops how bad these molds were.
