You know what would be hilarious for this new HA size class? A golf cart transformer, his weapon is a set of golf clubs, the human partner is a golfer that looks like Chevy Chase's character from Caddyshack, and he's got a logo on him that looks like a gopher. Won't happen, but it would be a must-have if it ever somehow did.
i begining to think these are deluxe size, and are some of the bots we saw names for on the leaked list. This one being Air Ride and the other(buggy) being Roadbuster.
I think this thing jsut too small to even be a relaistic vehicle (its more gi joe than anything we would see in the real world) and part of the appeal of HA stuff is that it gives a proportional/semi relaitic feels of to the size of the vehicles to their human counterparts.
If they're 10 bucks and as awesome as the Movie2/HFTD scouts, then consider this entire subline bought.
I think that's pretty sweet. I don't think it can actually be a scout size figure though, unless they've upped the size of the scout figures. Putting HA Sam next to Clocker shows the scout size just doesn't work. Still, that is a buy-on-sight figure for me. Can't wait to see bot mode pics.
Coud this REALLY be a Scout class...? The 2 images we've seen so far of these new Alliance figures look a little too big to be sold for the Scout price point, especially if they include a human pilot. The robot mode may sell me on it, but I'm not liking this one as much as the buggy bot we've already seen. These types of ridiculous little gyrocopters just never look credible to me. They always seem like they exist solely to feed the need for affordable vehicle toys to accompany action figures (I mean, for a while, the FANG was the ONLY weapon in Cobra's air force!). zmog
WOW, hasbro is going to save me a boat load of money on this toy line.. So far i have only liked Megatron everything else has been a huge let down for me. This heli looks like its made of legos or bionicles or something gobot-ish.. If your going to make more HA figures trying giving some love to an HA Ironhide or HA Ratchet or HA Jolt or HA Bonecrusher yeah i know bonecrusher is a decepticon but they could release him with like a hologram human or something.
Looks like it's missing some bits & pieces but I'm definitely interested (along with the dune buggy thing). Better pics of these guys shouldn't be too far away now.
I'd say its bigger than a scout. Its definitely human alliance. The missile pods save it for me and It looks like the skis have enough joints to flaten out more squarely with the chassis. With the sharp angles and black rotor blade it has a few simular style cues to hunt for the decepticons tomahawk.
not liking the DOTM toy line so far... the only 2 i can say are good figures... Ironhide and Megatron hope to see something better

I like this one more then the dune buggy. Though so far, something I don't really care for with these are the fact that the vehicle-modes seem kind of half assed. That looks less like any kind of vehicle, and more of just a robot that's twisted it'self into the shape of a helicopter. Which I realize is what transformers do, but this guy seems like he's missing his armor plating. Like he's a naked transformer! I donno. All joking aside, they seem like neat toys. I might pick this one up if the robot-mode looks cool. But so far, these "basic" HA figures (That honestly look more to be Deluxe size.) are really not doing anything for me.
