Well the alt mode looks great; I wish there were bot mode pics, though.

Well, at least now we know that he's keeping the markings.

For a second I thought it was just the same as ROTF voyager starscream... then i noticed no claw hands coming out the back. Now it kinda looks more like a scaled down leader starscream. If you look at the back, it looks like the shoulder's with the arms sticking into the plane, like with the Leader class version.

the alt mode looks good im so interested to see these added weapons and what they actually do becaseu they all seem like they can transform which is pretty sweet.

That would be awesome if he is a scaled down version of Leader SS, a la HFTD Voyager Prime.
It also looks like his giant weapon peg hole is somewhere on his underside.

Looks pretty clean from the top. Would love to see the robot mode.

Already own the Leader......and the Voyager.......and the Activator........wouldn't be surprise if I buckle and pick this up too just to have one of him in every size class.

Great looking mold, better than I anticipated, but I'll stick with my leader.

Looking good... But I'm holding out for a Leader with paint on its face. The HftD Starscream looks like Optimus Prime got ahold of him...

Already waited years for a Leader Starscream, now they come out with a Deluxe, I'll pass. I however am interested in learning how faithfully to the Leader version will his transformation be. Over the years Deluxe and Voyager class have improved while Leader class has been bogged down with costly and bulky electronics.

I love the Movie starscream toys so far. I think this one will be no different, plus I like to display the smaller versions of the figures as it gives me more room. This starscream looks great in my opinion.

I will buy it because it has a mechtech sword. Starscream and swords are proven to be awesome.

Its also a good starscream to display with the new voyager megatron. Do to the similar robot scale.

looks sharp - but nothing can beat the Leader-class Starscream, it's a masterpiece.

might pick it up if the robot mode looks cool, otherwise I'll stick with the one that's the closest to-scale with the other figures... love that the tattoos are still there, its one of my favourite design elements for Starscream, who is actually my favourite of all the movie designs...

    No, he doesn't.

For one thing the back thrusters are made of a different plastic, there are two noticable screws on around his wings, the back of the jet is solid and there are no hands popping out from behind the jet.

Can't wait to see him in robot mode!!!
I too think my MMP SScream is unbeatable, but since they rarely use the same trasformation pattern, I think this one could still be fun, also for all those who already own the leader class SS. Moreover now SS will be a character accessible also to those who couldn't afford the voyager or the leader, which is a good thing - not to mention that now he can finally be in scale with Blackout and Bonecrusher.

I am a little bit disappointed that he retains his tattoos though... I mean they look incredibly good on him, I must admit...but why the hell should an alien robot who wants to remain unnoticed shlud disguise himself as a tattooed fighter jet? He might as well go back to his cybertronian alt-mode then (wich I so much hope to get to see in this 3rd movie).

To be honest he somewhat looks like the thunderwing mold in jet mode just look at the back of the wings and thrusters.
