Thanks for the pics! Great MP Rodimus feature. Much better than Dengeki Hobby's which was just stock photos. Hot/Rodimus/Convoy looks more magenta-ish in these pics which should please quite a few people, myself included. The pistols can mount on the top and underside of the defense bay's cannon. Neat. MPM-1 Starscream's packaging looks pretty sweet too. Just under a week to go till I get mine.

never have i thought i could love a toy as much as i love mp rodimus prime.... when it gets here i am frickin marrying mine.... and that ain't red folks, that is magenta, and boy does it looks DELICIOUS and that windvane can TOTALLY move forward in rodimus prime mode
Hmmm, i may be wrong but I think I see how Hot Rod converts to Rodimus. Take car out, turn around (and swivel pipes to oppisite direction) and stick it back in backwards. Wind shield transforms from trunk area and spoiler wing does a 180 and pushes back. Thoughts???
that is mostly it, there is no rodimus prime kibble at all attached to the robot, so there is not a single HINT that it was once possible for this to be rodimus prime, vehicle mode at least, sure you can flip the face around and extend the legs, but that is all that is left of rodimus prime, people getting the hasbro version aren't missing anything, theirs is masterpiece hot rod the cab parts for rodimus prime mode are a part of the trailer, nothing is attached to the robot, it is all self contained in the trailer it is basically this:unfold cab from trailer, drive car in and attached cab over back of car, turn spoiler around and adjust pipes and you are done!
That Soundblaster does look good, but it's a shame that they went with silver instead of purple. It's more G1 accurate and makes it stand out from the Hasbro version, but at the same time the purple really added to it, and it could have looked great with Takara's shinier paint.
wow, MP Rodders is great of course, but PREDAKING is so tasty looking, I may never be able to write PREDAKING in non caps again.
