Wow. Here's hoping for some robot footage.

 

i dont think so cause it tkaes a bit of time to render and naimted the robots. but i hope Too!

 

Incredibly unlikely, considering how long it takes them to do CG.

Judging by past "exclusive footage" hype from these types of entertainment tabloid shows, it's probably just stuff we've seen online, but up close, and maybe some scenes inside buildings were the public weren't allowed in. Basically, just actors standing around or running or something like that. Perhaps practical special effects like the car park collapse in Chicago.

 

I'm hoping for some character reveal that we don't know yet or something like the teaser we saw for TF1.

Of course it would be airing on a night I have work and when I have no DVR at my disposal. I hope someone posts the segment online.

i wont get my hopes up for anything spectacular. but its nice to see it getting some coverage.

Don't get your hope up. We'll see the actors saying how awesome the film will be, some cars driving around and some explosions. If we're really lucky, we'll see some Pre-Vis work on a tiny screen in the background of Michael Bay smiling like the smug slaghole he is.  

 

I'm not expecting any robots, but I would love it if they decide to spoil us with a Shockwave reveal.

...for that matter, when do you figure they'll make a reveal like that? They don't exactly have SDCC or anything to do that at.

 

I don't think there will be any robots ,but still I want to see it!

 

Doesn't lift my level of excitement.

 

They have Botcon about a month before the movie release...(Unlikely I know)

 

Entertainment Tonight did something like this for ever TF movie so far, and all we ever saw were clips of Bay pointing a camera at Shia as he runs and goes "no no no no no no no."

Don't expect anything we haven't already seen a hundred times before from all the fan-footage in Chicago...

 

Seriously, anyone hyped for this or has it DVR'd should just cut their losses.

They did the same with RotF. Hyped up the segment the entire show and when they got to it, it was no more the 1:30 long, featured only like 2 people from the film and only focused on the reporter walking around the egyptian desert asking the actors about things that had nothing to do with the movie. Not worth wasting a half and hour of your life over.

Personally, I missed the first two times ET airred an interview for the TF movies so I'm really looking forward to this one, even if it IS only 1:30 long. Maybe it'll reveal a place their filming that even WE don't know.
