lol the Arcee was a lil chunky for me, this one is just horrid all around. maybe a better picture/pose could help it I dunno.

 

Even from a single image of a prototype, this sure looks to have 'fail', 'yeurk', and 'WTF?!?' stamped through it like a stick of rock. A hundred bucks for something that - as it stands - looks like a Poundland KO? On yer bike, sunshine.

 

Except for the head, looks good. I just watched that episode last night. I'm all for obscure g1-toon characters

 

Shame. If I had the money for this,I would find a way to remove the backpack. If she partsforms I would be ok with it. We need more femmes after all.



I was just thinking as they say you sag with age, so imagine what she would look if she she starts to sag. LOL!!!

 

I am all about the 3rd party products but that is because they are usually good. This is an exception to that rule. This thing is horrible. The head looks cheap and without detail. The whole alt mode is on her back, well, except for those random wheels on her thighs. I can go one and one. I would MAYBE get this at the $30-$40 range but I can't even justify Arcee at $100 and she is much better than this.

All in all....WHERE IS DEVCON!!!???!!!

The face looks awful, I agree. The plastic looks really milky too, which makes the details look soft. It looks very home-made.

Despite all that, I think complaining about the backpack is unfair. Have you guys seen Firestar's alt mode? She turns into a great big, blocky, flat bed truck. The character designers/animators on the cartoon made no attempt to create a real transformation for the female autobots. They have completely unfeasible alternate modes, compared to their totally kibble free, slender female bodies. Most of their mass, vehicle bits/wheels all disappear into thin air in their robot modes. I can't see how toys could be made for these guys without cheating a lot really.

 

What a piece of shit. Someone needs to kitbash the hell out of it.

Firestar! Like everyone else I agree the head needs work but other than that this is an awesome first attempt at a real fire truck fembot. I am looking forward to the whole team!

You can buy this on the streets of Wuhan. They come in a baggie with candy & firecrackers.

 

I'd also like to add that the wheel boobs people are refering to look more like bicep wheels to me.
