It's a Familymart (a convenience store chain) Exclusive instant lottery that starts in October. 500 yen ($6) per a draw, no blank-lot.

Sounds fun, I can hardly wait (kids here really love this kind of over-the-counter lucky draws).

In Japan release, not only Voyager Battle "Fook" Optimus Prime, also other toys have some changes.

Sea Spray : brighter than US release, G1-toy-ish, sort of cheapie.
Ironhide : gray plastic is used instead of light blue.
Sidearm Sideswipe : no flame deco.
Elita-1 : contrary to rumor, Japanese Elita isn't Arcee mold . It is purple Chromia.
Insecticon : darker color.

 

Well, poop. I thought I was going to get out of buying the Takara Elita given that what we thought it was going to be turned out to be the same as the Target-exclusive Arcee. But now I want that one.

Thanks tackertackle for the preliminary info. Since I am a Movie competionist I am very interested in getting all the variations of the ROTF Toys. That clear ROTF Leader Prime is definitely going to be as rare as Lucky Draws, so it will be nigh impossible to obtain one. Plus it looks so fragile, so it is risky having one. I wonder why they chose to give Animated Voyager Prime a matte finish. The clear options is still there.

 

The Voyager OP will be clear for the Wingblade release. (The armor is opaque, though.)

 

Yes we saw the picture of "Rotorwash Rumble" Arcee as Elita-1.
Perhaps, it was makeshift......or plan must have been changed to reduce cost of making combination pattern doubly
