oooh.

Hopefully they won't just do yet another redeco of the original voyager. we need a new one that actually looks like the character.

 

I like these colors on ratchet, and what could those drones be for?

 

Wow. Ratchet looks like the wrapper of lime-flavored toothpaste. Ugly.   What have they done to my favorite Autobot besides Ironhide and Prime?

But it's good to see Ratchet and Ironhide won't be dropped from the film.   At least they're in it.

 

Ratchet is totally going to become the Wedge of the Transformers movies.

 

I would suggest those drones for Laserbeak.

 

You seriously think this looks worse than his original deco? I mean, I liked his original deco, but this looks much better, and should make him look a little more doctor-y in robot mode. (which he technically isn't, he's a Medic)

I like that he's stll fire rescue, instead of trying to make him into some sort of mega-ambulance.

 

Oh wow, that's a better paint scheme than he was in the first two movies! I like it!  

 

I like the white on Ratchet... Heck, I liked the original deco!

I'm glad to see him with Optimus Prime and Ironhide. Maybe he'll have more lines this time around.

 

Wow....I like that. Definately less busy-looking the the original deco, which I already liked. This looks much cleaner.

 

Interesting. The light gray and green works nicely for the alt-mode, imo. Might convince me to buy another Ratchet figure (which will hopefully be a new mold). With all the other changes, I would have also changed his logo. Doesn't really flow with the rest of the alt-mode anymore.

Doesn't really seem like an improvement, but I'm open to the chance it'll grow on me. Something about it looks unfinished.

Personally i think it's the yellow "E4" that throws the colors off as it's a really random mix (yellow).

 

Looks pretty cool.

 

The color looks off because we are so used to the normal colors. I don't mind it, we probably won't see him in car mode for more than 30 seconds worth of screen time anyways.

Yeah, seeing how Hasbro just repaints a lot of their figures...we will probably just see the Voyager repainted again. Maybe even the deluxe too.

Yeah, finally with these pics, we can kill that "Topkick has been dropped because of GM bankrumpt, what will happen?!" talk.

Now, as for those drones. My guess, it is just that, those drones for the movie that they keep using.

 

Aww, I liked his original deco, especially the ecg thingy on the side.
Glad to see him back again though, despite his pathetic lack of screentime in RoTF he is still one of my fave movie bots along with Prime and Ironhide. I love his design, voice, weapons and what parts he actually had in TF1.

 

I'm fully expecting to see a retool of the new deluxe mold for TF3. It would dampen the blow for that figure not getting a proper release in my area.

 

Looks nice and I never realized that the Topkick, aka Ironhide, is dang near as big as Optimus's Peterbuilt mode.
