Definitely using E-Downshift/SL Wheeljack mold.

Closer to Skram I would say, and would fit the theme.

 

Though the deco is decidedly not Skram. Given their fidelity to the G2 decoes thus far, what gives?

That deco does look familiar, though. Just can't place it...

The spoiler is a detachable accessory, so I'm sure it would be included in any release, just missing from this photo/sample.

 

S250 said it reminded him of Tracks, but his deco was more of a flame deco. Maybe it resembles Alternator Tracks?

Yeah, it is Slicer isn't it. Wasn't there something recent that listed Slicer as an upcoming toy?
I have no idea what's next to it, it's from one of S250s sources.

It's no wonder it was hard to pick up as Slicer, the shade of blue is really different.

 

Slicer would be an excellent choice.

 

I saw 'blue wheeljack', so of course thought of Slicer. I had not realized how close the hood/leg deco matches until those power plans got posted. That's such a slavish match, it's gotta be Botcon, not Hasbro.

E.Downshift doesn't have any molded Autobot symbols? Besides the spark crystal that can be swapped out or painted over? Perhaps the question is, is this Slicer or SG Wheeljack? Maybe the 3rd non-theme souvenir set is SG Wheeljack & SG Ratchet(E.Roadblock mold)?
