Not really a fan of these iterations of the characters, but the artwork is solid!

Man those are sick! I would have purchased both of those in a heartbeat. Does anyone know if the megatron used the larger U.S. scale or the smaller japanese scale?

i'm assuming the larger scale... it'd make more send to ship prime and megatron together and make them both the same box. i kinda like both paint schemes, a lot...maybe i'll get out some paints and make it happen...

WST!

It was too bad that the WST line died and never got to the states. That comes in second place after classics as my favorite line in the last ten years.

Huh, so that's what the Prime repaint was supposed to look like? Interesting, but the all-black limbs kinda put me off of the concept. That, and also the fact I'm making an Energon Nemesis Prime kinda probably has something to do with it.

That Megatron is awesome, though.

They're both redecos of the US toys.

I've collected all the photos of test shots I could find:

According to Hasbro's website checklist, Prime was supposed to come with Smallest transformers Prime, and Megatron was supposed to come with Smallest Soundwave.

That Optimus is a MUCH better iteration of the Energon character and mold. The color scheme actually works!
