Crap like this is why I paid out for the Takara Masterpiece Grimlock as I shudder to think what Hasbro will do to it. | Then you should have a chat to your local Hasbro subsidiary with regards to the awkward pricing structure in the UK*. Now, going by the original US price for this toy, comparing a $45USD Leader class from a kid-focused mainline to a $100USD+ collector's toy is pretty unfair. Of course an MP will have a lot more paint on it... because it's factored into the price.
Especially nowadays, TakaraTomy isn't giving you fancy paint jobs for free.
