Bay can actually seem like a nice guy sometimes, if he really tries. He sort of showed off the good side to his sense of humor in that video. Also, looks like one of the hidden extras from the Blue-Ray DVD, so I think there's a good chance the video will be taken down. Instead of just going bigger and more action to go with something that is going to stick with the viewer even when effects have moved on to bigger and better stuff. Spectacle has been done and in a big way so perhaps the whole sideways is the way to go and will catch the public off guard when they are just expecting more of the same. | |

Gotta love that. (Not that I have a problem with Unicron; I've said it many times that he can be altered to fit the movieverse. Make him like the Xindi superweapon from Star Trek: Enterprise is my suggestion.)
In that video Bay is saying all the right things to appease us. How much of that will become a reality depends on more factors that can possibly be listed. Delving into the lore is good. It worked for Revenge of the Fallen and it can work for TF3. My Comics: | |
