Received this pic from fellow board member stephenusprime. It is from the November 2009 Issue of Hyper Hobby and purportedly shows a 'Premium' version of ROTF Leader Class Optimus Prime by TakaraTomy.
Either that or it's Buster OP, with a retractable faceplate? 
Neither of us can read Japanese but I understand that it will have chrome applications on Prime's blades. Will update if I receive more information.  |

Looking at the two pics, the OPs on either pic have different colored 'horns'. | |

Again, it may just be Buster Prime without his gun.
