And the Ice Cream twins I picked up at my walmart for $10, the list of deluxes on target.com for $10, and the list of deluxes on walmart.com also for $10 (all rolled back from $11.88 apparently) disagree with you.
The only place I see that seems to be different is toys r us at $11.99 for a deluxe, and a whopping $34.99 (vs. 29.99) for a human alliance fig.. | Stores can choose to charge whatever they want to charge. From what I understand, American prices have been kept artificially low for at least a decade. Prices should be going up every few years. | |

If this comes out at my walmart for $26, I still fail to see how that's some great value for two deluxes that generally cost $10 a piece.
Not that even if it was $20 I'd buy 1 repaint and one shelf warmer.

So much crap this year. For Transformers we have all these worthless repaint exclusives & hardly any new figures. For GI Joe we have 50 million version of the same character & a ton of crappy vehicle repaints that nobody wants. And everything is overpriced. It's gonna be fun to watch!  | |
