I didn't see this anywhere posted on the News or Movie forum (and I searched), so decided to leave it here.

It's expected to be the biggest selling DVD and Blu-ray of the season, and it now seems that those furiously awaiting the arrival of Transformers 2 in their homes have until 30th November to wait. That's the believed release date, according to TheTransformers.Net, for a trio of DVD editions and a single Blu-ray release into the UK.

That would likely mean that the US release is going to fall on 1st December, although that's us doing a little bit of guesswork. There will, apparently, be a single disc edition, a two disc set and then a DVD double pack of the two Transformers movies. Then, the Blu-ray will be a three-disc affair, one of which is likely to be the ever-popular digital copy. Cover artwork for the various releases has been circling online for the past few days, and an official announcement is expected in the next few months...
