We'll probably know more after the SDCC panel, but that's no guarantee either. Outside of official word, the only way we'll know is around ToyFair 2010, if he doesn't hit US shelves before then.
Right now, your best bet is to import, or go and buy another Optimus off the shelf and modify him to your liking. (The latter's the most affordable way to go, as well.) |

and it looks almost exactly like my prime I'll be posting on radicons except that it has a gun and no face plate. but if you look at the figure behind prime in the box it looks like a regular color scheme of prime (no metallic/chrome) and therefore no pinstripes???
so unfair!! dammit!!
at least I held out on leader starscream hehe | |

Of course, with no audience members on mics, I could barely hear ANY of the questions at the panel, which made interpreting the answers a bit tricky.
