The arker posted the repaint version of TF1 Longarm. Possibly will be named as Hoist. ·½ÖÛÍæÕßÍø|·½ÖÛ|ÍæÕß|Íæ¾ß|»úÆ÷ÈË|Ê¥¶·Ê¿|±äÐνð¸Õ|¸ß´ï|Îä×°»ú¼×|Ê¥ÒÂÉñ»°
*Wow*.... I'd say that's pretty clearly Hoist. I'm not terribly familiar with how that guy transforms... how's the robot mode going to look? The truck mode is spot on!
That looks very nice. Depending on how the robot mode looks in those colors, I might slide that one into my Classics shelf.
Well damn, that's one of the best repaints I've ever seen! Needs just a little more detail work, and some weathering wouldn't hurt either, but I must own this toy.
Awesome! I saw this potential as soon as I bought Longarm in '07. Now all they need to do is repaint DropKick into Trailbreaker!
No thank you, Dropkick has been used three times already, Dropkick, Salvage and Blowpipe from the upcoming Blowpipe Vs. Sideways 2-Pack. If they make a Move version of Trailbreaker let it be a brand new mold for a pick-up truck deluxe with a more accurate head sculpt or even a scout class if necessary. Since they still haven't got the rights to Trailbreaker's name as far as I know I think it'd be easy to ignore him altogether or save him for Universe.
So THAT'S Blowpipe?! I noticed the 2-pack on the TFWiki, but they didn't have any info on him other than he will be in said two pack. However, the Dropkick mold is pretty decent, and is a suprising choice for a name considering the only time it has been used was for Triggerhappy's targetmaster and Zarak's brother in law. Somewhat obscure name + good mold + only comes with a movie character who I can eaily aquire by himself= SOLD! Damn, I really need more money.
Man, finally. When they gave Longarm a toy they pretty much entirely disregarded the movie-videogame-drone-character's robot mode and slapped Hoist's head on him.
About damn time!! Actually I think this repaint has been done in Radicons a few times, if I'm not mistaken. It was such an obvious repaint, and Longarm was due for another version, I've been waiting for this. I already find that Longarm resembles Hoist in ways. Even his head a bit. Well, except for the HUGE FRICKIN' GUN... but otherwise he's a good match. zmog
i had worked on painting my Longarm into Hoist, but now after seeing that there is no point in finishing it. That looks so good
it was clearly intended to be hoist in the design stages. i just don't understand why it took this long to do him in the right colors. I consider this the original, and the mikes towing one the repaint.
I like Longarm on his own so I already have no problem buying the mold over again, but damn that is a nice paint job.
