Takara version from the source, is only distribute through Amazon Japan exclusively

This happens every time a Hasbro toy gets announced as an exclusive for Japan...
Swerve will be released by Hasbro and Takara.
Hasbro Swerve will be a mass market release.
Takara Swerve will be an Amazon Japan exclusive.
Both will have the new head.
The only "exclusive" is his Japanese market release via Amazon. That means he will not be available at regular Japanese stores.

Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.
