I'm a bit confused by this "perfect edition" lingo. Is this a re-release of the previous MP-04 (which seemed just about perfect)? Or is there actually some kind of improvement/change to the mold?

I agree, getting sick of all these reissues. I don't think a battle damage, anime, or minor repaint is enough to warrant such a purchase. I would however buy a MP Nemesis Prime!!! Make it So!!!!

I might get this. My MP-01 is losing some paint on his chest where the Matrix/spark chamber panels close together. Goddamn diecast metal...
