The packs can be a bit of a pain to open without damaging the card--just have to take some extra care. I've got a couple of the rainbow foil ones--they're the same design as the standard ones, but tilt them a bit in the light and the difference becomes obvious. DogTags.jpg
You can also find these in a blistered combo pack at Target for $4.99--one sticker fun pack, one dog tag pack, and one exclusive trading card (they're all the same card).
