The toys are shot in different angles than the prototype, it's hard to tell if the chest isn't just simply lift up, they would be on ball joints I assume, so until a size comparison picture is shown, I'd still say that this is the one coming with HA Mudflap. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree, then. From where I sit, the sculpting on every single piece is different between the gray proto and the red test shot.

And I can't remember a single case of Hasbro debuting a figure with gray proto pics after a test shot had already surfaced via the Chinese Toy Underground™. Can anyone else?

Honestly, there is absolutely no question in my mind as to what this figure is. It's the FAB Arcee that we got a listing for a while back. It's definitely not the bike sister that comes with HA Mudflap. The chest/torso part is the major difference between the two. Also, the bike sister that comes with HA Mudflap, while having the mold design of Arcee, has been confirmed to be Chromia. Thusly it will have a mostly blue color scheme. This here has a red-ish pink color scheme, and looks to be the final product.

Not saying that I'm absolutely, 100%, correct all the time. Just that I can't see how this could be the Chromia figure that comes with HA Mudflap, and that there's really only one thing I can see it being, and that's a FAB Arcee.
