personally I'd be tempted to say this is a custom since their are just so many repaints of this guy now, the Leo Prime toy is really close to this guy and he looks like a parts swap between Leo Prime and the original Leo Breaker | |

i agree, personally i do also think it's a custom, possibly an unfinished one. or at least maybe the stolen toy was taken incomplete and the middle section was "borrowed" from a leobreaker.
but then again i have 2 lioconvoys... so what do i need this for? *lio and flash*

The guy I was with clearly saw this figure in the box of toys they were pulling display items from. I didn't get to see it at the time, but I'm glad to hear now that it wasn't him imagining things. 
It can be theorized that the constant knife-edge pressure has gradually gotten to Punch, and that part of him has been lost, possibly irredeemably.
