Phootshoot of ROTF Burger King toys Wave 1 and 2 and more (Warning pictures)

So I managed to get Week 1 (June 22th to June 28th) and Week 2 (June 29th to July 5th) sets of toys in advance thanks to my friends at Burger King. I also took some photos of the other promotional items (Sorry no I didn't take a PICTURE of the Stackticon sandwich, it's just the normal Stacker with an unoticiable BBQ sauce).



Week 1 Set:

Devastator




He is the largest fast food Transformers toy ever made (note the battery for size referance)..... oh and I don't count the Armada Totem Pole Combiner team

The Fallen




What I find unique about this, is it's completely a nod to the IDW Defiance books with The Fallen's monolith prison.

Week 2 Set

Bumblebee




Sadly does not transform, but he has rolling wheels, a part of his grill is a spring loaded gimmick and when you push the bottom you hear the "transforming" sound. It's first time a stateside TF fastfood toy made sounds (The UK got it with Energon's run)

Ravage




He comes in a "stasis pod" and when you flick it, he pops out.... nothing too special.

Promotional Cups and Cartons




Medium sized cups and cartons for drinks and fries, they all come with a pull scratch card to win prizes or free food. The gimmick is "Choose your side" and scratch one.

Tray Liner



Just the tray liner showing the Stackticon sandwich and some of the prizes you can win.

Well that's it for now, I will try to get Week 3 and 4 as soon as possible.

The Devastator limbs remind me of knockoff Micromasters.

Is it me or do Burger Kings kids meal toys suck?

My daughter loves herself a kids meal. Just seems McDonalds are pretty high quality.

Then again, I do remember the star wars toys at burger king being cool a few years back

Burger King has a much smaller budget with all their toys. Keep in mind, when they DID have Transformers toys that transformed, they could only budget in 4 for the whole set (Cybertron, BK 2005). By going about this way, they can use previously engineered gimmicks (The Arcee toy gimmick used from the TMNT ones, Ravage taken from the Pokemon promotion back in 2006) and made due with that and in turn, have more figures. With BK it's quantity OVER quality.......... still like Devastator and The Fallen.

Is Ravage attached to the stasis ball or does he actually come out?

These actually don't look too bad though

This thread made me realize I tossed out a scratcher piece I didn't realize was on my fries.
