a) The Legends Combiner Devastator is made of seven normal sized Legends Constructicons, creating an about maybe Deluxe Devastator in all
or
b) The Devastator is a standard Legends Class, with the individual Constructicons as itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny little toys.
