Activision Secures All-Star Talent Line-Up For Transformers(TM): Revenge of the Fallen Video Game

For those not familiar with the names, John DiMaggio is the voice of Bender from Futurama (among many other things), while James Arnold Taylor is the voice of Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars Clone Wars television series (among other things).

Given their resume, is it possible that they also have the movie VA roles as well?

Wow...so they actually got the voice actors for some of the main bots. Guess that also means that BB is going to talk since he's getting the Mark Ryan treatment.

I believe that John DiMaggio is actually Sideways in the movie, but I think that James Arnold Taylor is filling in for someone else (Nimoy, perhaps?).

So does this mean Sideways is a thieving drunk who celebrates "robot-nukkah" just to get a day out of work?

Thing is we haven't heard anything more about Nimoy doing voice work for the movie. It could be Bay finally shot down the idea.

At least it makes Sideway's colors more appropriate.

They should repaint him in gold as Earth-B Sideways! Or give him a goatee and call him "Straightaways."

And as for Nimoy recently being in Star Trek and FRINGE, with him appearing in so many things all of a sudden now, it would only seem logical for him to appear in even more, specifically ROTF.

I quite agree. DiMaggio seems plausible for someone like Sideways. But for someone like The Fallen, I'd imagine that they'd try and get someone more famous than Taylor for the title baddie, even if Nimoy is unavailable.

Well, we already saw Bumblebee say "Sam" in the showest footage. So likely he'll squeak out a few words during the film.

Who's going to voice Sideswipe as well as the Long Haul and I wonder if Arcee is playable. If so Sue Blu should voice her in the game as well as the movie
