KO G1 Superion Giftset and Shockwave now in the market

Buyers beware!

Received an email soliciting orders for the subject KOs:

"We would like to inform you that we are taking order for Remake Superion in Giftset and Shockwave. The item will be available in 2-3 weeks

Superion is selling at USD80 each and all accessories, stickers are included except 1 item for Silverbolt - 1 off-white ramp. please refer to the pictures Superion_18.jpg circle in Red. This accessories is not included.

Shockwave is selling at USD85 each and all accessories, stickers are included

Attached pictures for your kind reference.

All items are on first come first serve basis."

I've got the KO G1 Devastator giftset and was amazed by the quality. The boxes are really nice as well, so I'm pretty tempted by both.

But on the other hand we have TakTomy releasing G1 Bruticus, so who knows they might have more combiners in the pipeline..

Nice. You know, thinking about it, $85 isn't that bad compared to the prices of other less complicated KOs. (Wheeljack was $65 I think?) However, the shipping from overseas would probably be around $20 which makes it very unappealing. Aside from that, where does one find KOs these days? Yahobby doesn't seem to carry them any longer.

The boxes are the biggest draw for me. They pretty much serve as repro-boxes. There are definitely some differences like "Dinobot Bommander" and other hilarious errors, but at face values it's a nice G1 box replacement

Some hobby stores in Singapore bring them in on the sly. But the response is lukewarm so quantities are quite limited.
