Creepy Guitar Guy is going to be in a lot of avatars, I predict.

Can someone do a caption of one of Stan's fist clenches? Classic '80's I love you.

I don't say this often, and I even loved the '86 soundtrack, but....

    EPIC FAIL

    I feel so juvenile...but it's true.

Man I feel bad about getting so many lulz out of this. Sorry Stan :(

Dare is still the shit, though, so you are always and forever the man! I would buy it a hundred times.

    It was good

The video was cheesy just like the 80's videos you see. But it was good but it makes me want to listen to the original one.

OK, after reading this thread, I listened to it without watching the video. Surprised to say I actually loved the song, except for the rapping raping my ears. It was like a radio station flickering to a crap hip hop station and back to the rock station, they didn't fit, at all. But the parts where Stan was singing I could definitely imagine it during the rolling credits, nice guitar parts, good new version. MINUS THE RAPPING.

I am off to watch the video for an edit.

Video Viewing edit: OMG man.....that might be the worst video i have seen, that might go down as a youtube classic. If I would have watched the video first, there would be no love.

My God - he ruined what is basically a classic soft-rock song. Shame on him.

That was a whole lot of not good. From start to finish not good. I think if the goal was to get this song in the new movie soundtrack it will FAIL. The original Touch has a way better chance showing up in the movie. This is a major step back in my opinion. To make that song more current it needed to go in a completely different direction. The best chance The Touch has of making it into the movie is if he has someone else record it, someone like Disturbed or Seether who have both done decent jobs taking old 80s songs and making them more contemporary.
