Looking at the 2 (Voy and FAB) side by side, it's ironic they are calling this "voyager class" and he's so damn small... 
I'm gonna guess that with Yihzi's "freestyle" transforming history, that blue part holding the wheels above teh shoulders is TF'd incorrectly, I'd bet the fold down better and lower the wheels. | |
