I don't recall seeing any pictures w/ a Con symbol - but I DO remember seeing the call sheet w/ the Twins (as Ice Cream Truck) dropping ice cream for Chinese kids while Bike (Arcee) & Hide are chasing down another car ("stinger" I seem to recall).
So a Con would drop ice cream for kids?? I don't think so.

The image of a "symbol" on the ice cream truck from leaked production pictures was never confirmed to be an Autobot or Decepticon symbol. Some saw an Autobot symbol, while others saw a Decepticon symbol. The resolution was nowhere near good enough to make any confirmation on it either way.
