not 100% on that yet, we have spoke about it. but it will be things like club toys, tshirts, mags.

How di you get the ball rolling on all this? Do you count as an offical rep for them or anything? Will be nice to have some representation at the UKs show...

 

For some reason I read that as "my wife is getting married that weekend", it was pretty much a wtf moment, haha.

i just emailed brian asking if he would like the club represented there, and offered to do so.

i wouldnt say im offical, but if all goes well maybe it might come about.

 

Cool! Hopefully there'll be enough interest for another showing in following years.

 

I'm hoping so, it would be cool to have the club there in following years. lets hope all goes well. i should have a Q&A board there too, as i'm sure there will be lots of question that wont have the answers for so i'm gonna make up a form where you'll be able to ask and hopefully i can get answers to get back to you all.

 

Maybe you could ask people nearer the time what sort of questions they will be asking and then contact TFC to find out the answers just before AA.
Obviously there are likely to be new/different questions on the day, but at least you would have an idea of what's likely to be asked/popular questions.

Still do the form idea as well, but this way you're more prepared. (And it will look a bit more 'professional' on the day to people who don't come here!)

i'd thought to give you all a quick update on what to expect from the club stall at AA.

There will be a few club toys available, these will be limited due to shipping costs. The "free" club figure will be up for grabs. anyone thats signs up on the day will have a choice wheather to start thier membership from that day or have thier membership back dated to the 1st of april. if you choose to back date it then you will recieve the back issues of the club mag and the 2009 free toy! you will also have the chance to buy the other club combiners on the day.

you'll be able to use your credit or debit card on the day for new memberships so you can keep your cash to spend on more figures. i will have a Q & A sheet for those questions i cant answer. i will have a few club toys on display but they will only be display.

i will also be bring plenty of my own figures to sell. loads of TF bargins plus MOTU, TMNT, MASK, VISIONARIES.

I will update with more info as we get closer to the date.

so what are the prices we will be looking at? will be be a hasbro like 1£ for 1$ or will it be based on the exchange rate

 

it will be done on the exchange rate at the time. so if its $20 for a club fig that you'll pay £15 ish, or whatever the exchange rate at the time is.
