I was in Toys R Us today when I saw my gf's ex boyfriend teaching his coworker some Star Wars backstory. Anyway, we chatted it up a bit when I noticed the deluxes were down to 9.99.
His reply was "Yea, we were just told to drop them to that. Also, this particular store is holding all of our new stuff until we reset for the new movie."
He isn't too informed on Transformers, but if you guys could check out your ToysRuses and see if they've lowered their deluxe price, then maybe we've got someone taking on Walmart.
I'm an organic thought-based laxative.

Reason: Poor title choice.

However, i doubt TRU would hold all the new stock in back till movie reset.
That's going to be in may.
They need to get it out now.
A visit from the hasbro rep in your area will discourage this practice. |
