Presumably it's supposed to be more G1-esque, and I suppose it is, but to me it's just a botched attempt to compromise between two unreconcilable artstyles, and that as a result looks like G1 and Movie Starscream had a bizarre mutant child. Which was then beaten about the head with a plank. And don't even get me started on that weird, expressionless light-piped mouth.
I know a lot of people disliked the avian-insectoid look of the original Starscream toy's head, but at least that actually looked like the one in the film...this thing just doesn't look like anything.[/rant] |

The brown is a bit odd, but is easily overlooked. I really like the paint apps on his head. Skywarp on the other hand, everything looks good, except for his head. Hopefully I'll be able to find someone who doesn't want their Ramjet's head, or one of the original Starscream heads from the earlier versions of this mold. I won't be surprised if Dirge and Thrust get made eventually. Maybe not until TF3, but there's a good chance that they will be made at some point. Quote:
