Personally I'm not sure this is one of the actual Constructicons, but it definitely could be, or at the very leas could be meant as a homage to one of them from G1. Also from what we've heard, the only gestalt Devs will have only one full bot (vehicle, robot, and gestalt-modes all in one figure), with the others just transforming from vehicle to body part to attach to the main bot and other body-part bots.
