The front of it looks almost exactly like Jazz. Wouldnt surprise me if it pops up in the cartoon.. As far as it being in the movie , i doubt it cause that dont look like any car i ever seen. Filler toy maybe but i still think its more like animated..

There are just too many differences from everything else in the Animated line. That and we know that the movie line will have a series of new mold Scout class figures. This hear fits that description nicely.  Quote:

EDIT: Now that I see that it is a Peugeot 9009, this could definitely be an in-movie character. That's a pretty cool car!
