They will show up in ROTF packaging as Target exclusives based on what we have seen so far. Maybe early release figures or something.

Notice the Target sticker on the package? Evidently they are UNI2.0 outside of the U.S. and ROTF within the U.S. Most likely Target wanted Exclusives in the ROTF line so Hasbro just tossed them into the packaging and called it good. I'd bet that the UNI2.0 stuff released outside of the U.S. was already manufactured before Target got their way and Hasbro had to sell them somewhere so the Aussies and Singapore got them.

That means they can be used in the fiction without problems. Then again, I'm sure we'll see Big Daddy and co. in Classics fiction should it return. (and I mean COMICS, not the prose fan-fiction that I simply don't enjoy no matter how "official" it may be)
